After wrapping up the most beautiful weekend retreat with my love, Rachelle Tratt from The Neshama Project I’ve been on a spiritual high. Us and 25 beautiful women spent a weekend tucked away in the mountains of LA and poured out all our raw emotions.
While my heart and soul were immensely full; I was running a bit low on steam and found myself more rundown than usual. Naturally, I turned to a high vibe, nutrient-dense smoothie to set me straight. 1 peeled blood orange, sliced
½ cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tablespoon Coconut Magic Coconut Butter
1tsp Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tsp Vital Proteins Collagen
Handful of ice
Handful of macadamia nuts
Add coconut milk, superfoods, green dream, spinach, into the blender and blend. Top with a sprinkling of nuts, coconut, and goji berries.
