Strawberry Banana Pineapple Layer Smoothie Recipe
We have a holiday weekend coming up and can taste summer getting closer. I’m so excited for all the smoothie bowls and sun-kissed days with my family. In celebration of the coming season, we’re busting out a thirst-quenching summer smoothie full of superfoods and fruits!
Kai and Leo have brought such energy and spirit into my life lately. So much so that it’s inspired food creations like these classic strawberry-banana smoothies, but with a more whimsical and magical spin. We added pineapple, Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend, and used our favorite nut mylk. It was so, so good! It transported me poolside without a care in the world.
Gather This:
Bottom Layer
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tbsp Vital Proteins Collagen
1 tbsp Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
1 cup nut mylk
Top Layer
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup nut mylk
1 Tbsp Berry Bee Honey
Do This:
Throw all ingredients for your bottom layer into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in your favorite mason jar divided between two. (Pro tip: line the bottom of the glass with cut strawberry for extra sweetness and a picture perfect drink.) Blend up all the top layer and pour over your bottom layer filling up the mason jar to the top. Finish with a strawberry or two and enjoy!
