I am freakishly into acai bowls. And I know what you’re thinking: The obsessive girl is
freakishly into something—greaaattt. But not to worry! I didn’t touch acai bowls with a ten-foot
pole when I was suffering from orthorexia, I’m sad to say, because even though I warned others
not to fear the sugar content in fruit, I totally fell prey to counting grams of sugar and getting
compulsive. Now I enjoy acai bowls whenever I feel like having them and especially the
healthiest variations that I make for myself. I’m sharing my super-healthy, simple, and delicious
acai bowl recipe with you because it’s packed full of superfoods, antioxidants, fiber, and
deliciousness. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Dear Sophie,
would you recommend the acai powder or the frozen acai? Which one is healthier and better for you?
