Superfood Latte Recipes That’ll Make You Want to Quit Coffee
I have trouble waking up most mornings. I’m a big fan of coffee, but I’m also very sensitive to it, especially with little miss. During pregnancy, I’ve had to cut back on coffee almost entirely.
I’ve always been fun and a bit WEIRD about my coffee alternatives, loading them with superfoods. Superfood lattes provide natural energy and other nutritional perks. Maybe you’re holding a cup of antioxidant rich beauty beet bliss, or a tummy-taming turmeric golden milk, or healing cacao chai magic. Here, I rounded up my favorite superfood latte recipes all loaded with Philosophie superfoods.
Healing Cacao Chai Latte
You'll have all the yumminess of a regular latte, but will also be a treated to fighting antioxidants + a boost of energy (courtesy of the Cacao Magic + ashwagandha).
Gather This:
1-2 cups water
1 cup nut milk, or non-dairy beverage
1 bag black tea
1-2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon Cacao Bee Honey
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (about a 1-inch piece)
1/2 teaspoon Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
¼ teaspoon ashwagandha
a pinch of cinnamon
Do This:
Steep your tea separately, then add to a high-speed blender, along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high until frothy. Pour into your favorite bowl or mug, and top with a few sprinkles of cinnamon or cacao nibs!
Serves 1-2.
Golden Mylk Latte
Take your latte to the next level by infusing it with our turmeric + Cacao Magic Trio! Turmeric has yumm anti-inflammatory properties to help keep your tummy happy and balanced.
Gather This:
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen
1/2 teaspoon Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tablespoon Coconut Magic Coconut Butter
1 teaspoon Cacao Bee Honey
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon vanilla bean powder or extract
Do This:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Enjoy warmed on the stove top, or over ice!
Beauty Beet Bliss Latte
This color is to die over. Beet have a beautiful pink hue and contain nitrates, while help your vessels relax and decrease your blood pressure.
Gather This
1 small beet, peeled
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Vital Proteins Collagen
1 tsp. Berry Bliss Honey
1 tsp. Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Do This:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wrap beet in foil and pierce with a fork a few times. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until soft. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain out the liquid using a strainer. In a pot over medium heat, add the liquid. Use a whisk to continuously stir until foamy and warm. Pour into a cup and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. more cinnamon.
Green Dream Matcha Latte
Matcha is a very trendy ingredient and contains high-vibe energy. No mid-afternoon crash here! Combine with Berry Bliss Coconut Butter and Green Bee Honey for extra nutritional boosts.
Gather This:
1 Cup homemade cashew or canned coconut milk
1 tsp Matchaful Matcha
1 tsp Vital Proteins Collagen

Do This:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend. Warm on the stove top and pour into a mug. Top with a sprinkling of Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend and optional Bee Pollen. If you want it iced, throw it over ice or into a blender for a blended matcha latte.
