Pumpkin Spice Macarons
Fall is all about getting creative in the kitchen. These Pumpkin Spice Macarons are seriously everything nice PLUS superfoods galore. They are a healthy, no-bake version of a fun dessert, but made easy without all of the prep work.
These bites of fall are super tasty and delightfully nutritious as they’re loaded with pumpkin, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond flour and our limited-time Fall Vibes Superfood Blend.

Makes 24 small macarons
Gather This:
½ cup pumpkin purée
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut oil
2 cups shredded coconut
1 ½ cup almond flour
1 tbsp Fall Vibes
Do This:
In a bowl, mix together pumpkin purée, maple syrup and coconut oil. Add in the coconut shreds and stir well. Add in almond flour and stir again. Add in Fall Vibes and give it one last good stir.
Using a cookie dough scoop, form macaroons of desired size. Set in freezer for 1 hour to harden. ENJOY!
