Philosophie Babe, Marissa Cohen whipped up this amazing savory meal using our Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend. It's a perfect easy dinner for the whole family!
When it comes to weekday dinners, I love pairing pre-made staples with easy to prepare fresh add-ins. Just as morning Philosophie smoothie bowls are a canvas for superfood toppings, I think of soups as a vehicle for packing in nutrients in creative ways depending on what I am craving. The principles of food energetics teach us that different foods have different properties. Sprouts and fruits are light and give us energy during the daytime, while root vegetables, grains, and nuts are grounding and nurturing. The Intuitive Eating E-Book is a great resource for learning to connect to the energies of food and the needs of your body. For me, ending my evening with warming foods followed by a Chrysalis Detox Bath sets my mind and body up for a restorative sleep.
