- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Green Bee Honey
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom

- coconut sugar (optional)
- Handful of ice
