Asparagus is a beautiful and simple veggie to incorporate into your soups because it’s low in calories and packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants. Gather This:
¼ almonds
Bunch of asparaguses (cut in thirds)
2 cloves garlic
Handful of parsley
1 tsp Green Dream Savory Blend
2 cups bone broth
Do This:
You can use a food processor, but we used a high-speed blender which worked just as well! Heat bone broth on the stove then pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
