Honestly, the only way I appreciate the winter here in LA is making winter staples for my meals. While so many of you are experiencing a winter tundra, I feel for you! A delicious bone broth soup immediately gets me in those cozy vibes and soothes you from the inside out.
This soup is so clean and simple to make. It’s filled with a ton of savory goodness and tastes just like your favorite miso soup. I love adding Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend to create an elixir that supports digestive health, promotes radiant skin, and aids in detoxification. There’s nothing quite like a bowl of homemade bone broth to warm + nourish the body and soul.
Gather This: (serves one)
½ tsp Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
2 cups bone broth
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ sheet of nori
¼ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp minced ginger
A pinch of wakame or arame
Top with hemp seeds
Do This:
In a large pot, add garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Saute over high heat for 2 minutes, or until slightly softened. Add bone broth and miso paste and reduce heat down to low. Cook another 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients including the Green Dream blend and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. Adjust flavor with salt + pepper if necessary. ENJOY!
