While this smoothie is sweet it’s not overwhelming sweet since it’s all natural sugar from the apple, banana, and carrot juice. 1 green apple
1 cup Spinach
½ cup carrot juice (we used a tropical carrot juice blend)
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp nut butter of choice (we used coconut butter)
Optional toppings: apple slices, shredded coconut, goji berries, granola
