A fluffy stack of cakes is everyone’s breakfast favorite and the more we’re spending at home means more time for getting creative in the kitchen! This stack is entirely gluten-free and made with oats and superfoods.
Oat flour on its own is a bit bland but when you add some vanilla extract, immune-boosting Berry Bliss, and our raw unfiltered supercharged Berry Bee Honey it’s the perfect batch! These gluten-free, vegan pancakes are SO good and are also high in fiber, heart-healthy, and super easy to whip up!
1 ½ cup pulsed oats (to create oat flour)
2 tbsp Berry Bee Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup nut mylk or a great quality dairy milk like Organic Pastures
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl first and stir. Add wet ingredients and cook over medium heat in a pancake grill or skillet. We love using organic pastured butter to cook our pancakes + waffles and to top them with a drizzle of Berry Bee Honey, grain-free granola, or our Coconut Magic Coconut Butter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until you see bubbles appear and that’s when you know to flip!
