Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oat Energy Balls

We are OBSESSED with these energizing chocolate chip oat bites created by our Philosophie Babe, Cheryl (@cherylshealthylife). They’re packed with protein and nutrients that make you feel like a superhuman!


We have a question to ask you: What is one snack in your fridge/pantry right now that you can pop in your mouth that is full of fiber, superfoods, healthy fats & protein?


These bites are the answer! No BLENDER required! I haven’t made these in months & I needed that extra snack to have on hand for an easy grab & go. Make a batch today & store in the fridge!


Gather This:

1 ½ cup sprouted oats

1 heaping cup creamy peanut butter

3 tbsp flax

2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp coconut flakes

1 scoop of Fall Vibes

1 tbsp Cacao Magic

⅓ cup maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil (solid)

As many dark chocolate chips as your heart desires


Do This:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the coconut oil & chocolate chips. 

Fold in the coconut oil & chips scoop into balls using an ice cream scoop & place on a plate with parchment paper. If the balls seem too dry when forming, add a liquid like almond milk. 

Put in the fridge for 20 min, then transfer to a sealed container. Store in the fridge for whenever you need a quick & healthy snack. ENJOY!
