Gather This:
12 Medjool Dates (pitted)
BUTTERFINGER FILLING
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp Cacao Magic
1 tsp Cacao Bee Honey
1 tsp Fall Vibes (optional)
CHOCOLATE COATING
1 tbsp coconut oil melted (or ghee)
1 tbsp Cacao Magic
1 tbsp Cacao Bee Honey
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (or maple syrup)
Sea salt
Do This:
Cut a slit in each date and remove the pit.
Fill each date with a spoonful of the butterfinger filling. Set aside.
Combine the contents of the chocolate coating then heat in the microwave. It shouldn’t take longer than 15 seconds, you want it creamy enough to drizzle.
Place the filled dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Drizzle the chocolate over the dates and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place in the freezer to set for about 10 minutes.
Keep leftover dates in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
