I love energizing with this vibrant green matcha smoothie! Matcha provides a boost of energy without leading to the usual caffeine crash that accompanies coffee. This beautiful powder is also incredibly healing and is chockfull of catchechins, which aid in counteracting the harmful effects of free radicals.
Gather This:
- 6-8 ounces dairy free milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 teaspoon Green Bee Manuka Honey
- 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut butter or almond butter or a handful of soaked nuts (optional)
Do This:
Blend 'til frothy! To make into a meal replacement, add the coconut butter/almond butter/handful of soaked nuts.
