Berry Bliss Strawberry + Raspberry Jam

Berry Bliss Strawberry + Raspberry Jam

There’s nothing quite like summer brunching when the days are lazy, the table is warm + sun-kissed, and the berries are ripe, jelly jewels—perfect for a freshly-made jam.

This gorgeous raw strawberry + raspberry jam is bursting with fiber, vitamin C, manganese, potassium, and ellagic acid (a cancer-fighting chemical compound), not to mention the healing benefits of the superfood-spiked manuka honey.

Easy + fun to make, this superfood topping is bound to boost the yumminess of your toast or pancakes!

Gather This:

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Berry Bee Manuka Honey (a touch more if you have a sweet tooth!)

Do This:

With a food processor or high-speed blender, puree the berries until they have a jam-like consistency (I love to keep some itty-bitty chunks in mine!). Stir in the manuka honey and then transfer to a jar and refrigerate for an hour or two so it’s cool + lovely for your breakfast or brunch.

Do you ever jar your own jam?
