The smoothie bowl is made with roasted purple potato which is loaded with antioxidants, reduces inflammation and is a nice source of fiber. It also has cauliflower which is extra-beneficial for a body reset after an indulgent holiday week and of course a heaping serving of Cacao Magic giving you plant-based protein, a natural energy boost and hormone-balancing support.

1 - 1 ¼ cup liquid (this smoothie has a combination of oat milk and water )
½ cup frozen roasted purple potato
½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
½ cup frozen steamed zucchini
½ frozen banana
1 tbsp mesquite
Blend all ingredients and top with granola, coconut yogurt, and coconut cashew butter.
