You may think of the mojito as a summery drink, but it’s easy to give this classic cocktail a holiday twist by adding seasonal produce in wintery colors! I love to add frozen cranberries to my mojitos because they mix in with the fresh mint to look like holly berries and they keep your drink nice and chilly. Cranberries have many health benefits and are particularly known for their high vitamin C content and their ability to promote urinary tract health. Eating cranberries has also been linked to the breakdown of certain types of cancer cells. I give my Merry Berry Mojito a splash of raw cranberry juice to reap the benefits of this nourishing berry. To make this cocktail ultra healing, I swap out club soda for Coconut Kevita, which combines intensely hydrating coconut water with probiotic cultures that boost immunity and promote digestive health. The flavors come together to create a tartly refreshing treat that is absolutely beautiful and sure to induce a healthy holiday glow!
Gather This:
- 10 fresh mint leaves
