This vegan ceviche is super easy to make! Don’t forget to add GREEN DREAM superfood blend for a plant-based superfood and protein boost!


Green Dream’s star ingredient is the antioxidant-rich, nutrient packed SPIRULINA which is an antioxidant-rich, blue-green algae that is packed with nutrients including iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, selenium, chromium, vitamin B-12, and protein.


This is one of the easiest and most impressive dishes to make for all. Including the avocado is optional. Try serving this with sprouted corn tortillas and a side of guacamole to make ceviche tacos. Then, enjoy!!

 

coconut lime ceviche

Gather This:

1 tbsp Green Dream

2 cups young coconut meat

½ cucumber, deseeded and diced

½ cup torn cilantro leaves

juice of 2 limes

¼ cup coconut water

1 tbsp olive oil

sea salt, to taste

1 avocado, diced (optional)


Do This:

Stir together all ingredients. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Makes 2–4 servings (This dish makes great leftovers and is actually better the next day!)
