You all know what time of year it is....PUMPKIN EVERYTHING SEASON!!! The time of year where you can wear your basic with pride (let’s be honest, wear your basic with pride all year long). This smoothie literally tastes like CAKE BATTER! PUMPKIN PIE CAKE BATTER!! Honestly way more dessert-y than I expected for a smoothie!!! I’ve made two variations (one with pluots and one with persimmons), and both are equally as delicious! Does anyone know what a pluot is? It’s a hybrid between a plum and an apricot and they’re DELICIOUS! I love finding unique fruits at my local farmer’s market! Persimmons are one of my favorite fruits! I can’t believe I didn’t try one for the first time until I was in my 20s...I was SERIOUSLY missing out!!!
After eating this I felt totally full from all the fiber, and the sweetness satisfied my cravings without me feeling like I needed to eat a whole pumpkin pie. With regular desserts made with real sugar, dairy, and cream...there’s no stopping me! I seriously don’t feel full at all and continue to stuff my face and proceed to feel so uncomfortable later. Sugar is seriously addicting! Treats like this smoothie taste delicious but are full of nutrients, so your body will feel happy and fulfilled!

Serves 2
Gather This:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 pluots or persimmons
- 1 tbsp Green Bee Honey
- 1 tbsp Coconut Dream Coconut Butter
- 2 tbsp Berry Bliss
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Do This:
- Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Cutting open and scooping out the contents of a pumpkin to use it as your cup is totally optional but highly recommended ;)
