Green Smoothie Bowl
There are really SO many variations you can do with a smoothie that makes it super easy to whip one up based on whatever you have in your kitchen. All you need is a good liquid base (nut milk and coconut water are my go-to's), frozen banana for fiber and creaminess (frozen makes it extra THICK), a nut butter, leafy greens, fresh or frozen fruits and most importantly, your superfoods (Philosophie Superfoods, of course!!) Psst...if you throw in some avocado you’ll basically get ice cream and who doesn’t want that?
Gather This:
Handful of ice
1 cup dairy-free milk
1 tbsp Green Dream
1 banana (frozen)
1-2 handfuls of kale/spinach
*If you’re easing into green smoothies, use ½ handful of kale or spinach, ½ tbsp Green Dream, and 2 frozen bananas.

Toppings: cut fruit (kiwi + strawberries), blueberries, shredded coconut, bee pollen and edible flowers
Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth + creamy! Pour into your favorite glass, or bowl + ENJOY!
