With the big move, taking on more work projects, hosting + participating in more events, traveling, caring for my three littles and so on, I felt SO depleted this past year. It also happened that as soon as we moved into our new home my little Noa really started walking and we stopped breastfeeding. All of this hit me hard and my life entered a period of high stress, which took a toll on my body. I tapped into my intuition and recognized that my body needed to slow down. All the energy I had was being used up in creating our new home, working, upleveling my business(es), being a mama, being a wife and a friend. It was a lot of energetic weight to carry which meant more time at home, lots of sleep, self-care non-negotiables and softness in order to balance it all out and ease the stress.
Because I took the time to prioritize my healing, I’ve been able to tell that my body is ready to get back into my rhythm. To help support my journey in getting back on my fitness routine I’m using supplements and my go-to energy restoration tricks!
