Aligning and connecting with your body is so important for overall health vitality, bliss and abundance. So much of this relationship begins within and making sure you fuel your body with everything it needs. Our body is made of up of about 60% water so above all, remaining hydrated is our #1 health goal in life.
In January, I challenged myself and took on Flow’s 30 Day Alkaline Challenge where I drank up to 3L of Flow Naturally Alkaline Spring Water erry’ day! Breastfeeding is SO dehydrating and at 7 months, Noa and I are still beautifully in this flow. It’s said that producing breast milk takes approximately 25% of the body’s energy.
