I really enjoyed this reset. All about following intuition along side having a wonderfully ebook as a guide. TBH I was not a fan of the soup recipes so I modified them quite a lot or totally swapped for other things. I LOVVVVED the smoothie recipes The corn and arugula salad is a staple for me now as well. I would’ve like to see serving sizes for each recipe because I ended up with way to much food at the end. If you’re totally new to resets and plant foods, I don’t know that this is for you, but if you know how to modify and also really trust intuition it’s a great guide!
