
Super Charged Layered Smoothie Recipe

Double up on your smoothie game with this Super Charged Layered Smoothie! This nourishing breakfast or anytime dessert will instantly glam up your day, especially if it's served in a martini glass. Layer the bright fuchsia Pitaya Berry Bliss (which is packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamin C, and pectin) on top of this energizing, stress-busting, and oh-so-delicious Maca + Chia Fig Pudding. Sprinkle on some superfood extras (my faves are hemp hearts + mulberries) and voila—in less than half an hour, you have a divine, Instagram-worthy treat!
Gather This:
Layer One: Pitaya Berry Bliss
- 4 ounces almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Bliss Coconut Butter
- 1 packet Pitaya Plus
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Powder
- handful ice
Layer Two: Maca + Fig Chia Pudding
- 2 figs
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1 tablespoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Garden of Life Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Mama Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Moon Juice Ashwagandha Powder
- 4 ounces almond milk
Do This:
Put both layers in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then layer up your smoothie by alternating between the Pitaya Berry Bliss and the Maca + Fig Chia Pudding. Add toppings in between and on top + ENJOY! (I love fresh fruit, goji berries, cacao nibs, Essential Living Foods White Mulberries, Essential Living Foods Goldenberries + Manitoba Harvest Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds!)
