Fall Favorites

 

I LOVE fall—it's a beautiful time for looking WITHIN, and finding gratitude + self-love! Today, we're wrapping up our Philosophie Tribe Fall Cleanse, and I feel AMAZING + so full of thanks for everything in my life! And so I thought I'd share today some of the fun, magical things that have been making me smile this season! 

 

1) Wild Unknown Tarot Cards 

This deck is so gorgeous + full of whimsical depictions of earth + animals. Whenever I feel super overwhelmed or like I need a bit of inner guidance, I use this deck + it ALWAYS helps me see everything with greater clarity. 

 

2) Clair De Lune by Flight Facilities from Future Disco 

Can't stop listening to Flight Facilities's Clair De Lune—such a pretty song from the Australian electronic duo + perfect for a flow!! 

 

3) Aveda Shampure Dry Shampoo

I love this dry shampoo! It saves me so much time! I have long hair so showering, washing my hair, and drying it takes quite a while. I'm totally planning on taking this with me down to Mexico in January during the Free People Escapes and Nourish Your Soul Retreats—we'll be swimming, hiking, and flowing, so it'll be perfect. 

  

4) Urban Decay Naked Illuminated

This powder is like fairy dust! I love how it makes you shimmery in a sophisticated way + gives an all-out naked glow. 

5) Chrysalis Healing Skin Oil

Chrysalis Oil is pure SKIN MEDICINE + is a moisturizer, an anti-aging treatment, AND a problem skin solution that evens out skin tone. I usually put it on at night + it smells amazing—it's a luscious combo of jojoba, apricot seed, avocado, rosehip seed, pomegranate seed, borage seed, sea buckthorn seed, and coleus forskohlii oils, with hyaluronic acid.

 

6) Healing Chai Latte

Mmmmm! I can't get ENOUGH of this Healing Chai Latte! While a chai latte may sound like something you should leave up to your barista, it's just as easy to make as a smoothie + tastes so SO yummy! 

 

7) Ray-Ban Aviator Sunnies

Even though summer's over, sunnies are still essential! I always wear these Ray-Ban sunnies when stepping out + enjoying the oh-so-beautiful autumn light! 

 

8) The Pink Fund Tikvah Necklace 

LOVING the Neshama Project's new pink stone for breast cancer awareness! I already bought one or my step-mother who is 7 years breast cancer free!

 

9) Sage Bistro

I've been several times + am completely obsessed. This LA chain (there's one in Culver City, Echo Park, and Pasadena AND they have a food truck!) is totally kid-friendly, and everyone in your family can find something they want to eat. Their falafel salad and their BBQ cauliflower wings are EVERYthing, as well as their heavenly vegan ice cream. So many flavors and sold by the scoop!
