3 Helpful tips for Fitness + Reaching your Fitness Goals

I'm often asked for tips on weightloss + reaching fitness goals. Here are 3 helpful tips for recovery + a sneaky tip to stay in the moment/your intentions while exercising! 

1. Try to do a detox soak in the bath at least once a week for tired, overworked muscles. You could try a product like the Chrysalis Detox Soak which you add to your own bath or you could soak in a hot tub/jacuzzi to speed up the heal time for joints and muscles. 

 

2. Add superfoods to your post-workout meal for recovery. You can easily add a protein powder/superfood blend in ONE from Philosophie which makes getting your protein + nutrients in your body a cinch! 

3.  Wear workout clothes that are slightly tighter fitting when trying to lose weight. It will be a constant reminder of why you are working out in the exact moment when it makes a true difference!
