This high vibe beverage can easily transition from a hot to a cold drink depending on your mood!

This take on a traditional apple cider has all the best fall spices with our Cacao Bee Honey for a delicious energy boost and nutrients. Drink it iced for a cool + refreshing burst of energy while enjoying the vibrant, cozy flavor profile. This cooling cup of cider has added benefits of being super healing and immune-boosting because it's full of vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, calcium and fiber!

Gather This:

1 orange (juiced)

5 whole cloves

5 cinnamon sticks

5 whole cardamom pods

2 star anise

1/2 to 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (grated; amount based on how spicy you like it)

½ tsp fresh lemon zest

1 tbsp Cacao Bee Honey

ice (6 cubes per glass)

Do This:

Add the orange juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, star anise, ginger, lemon zest, and manuka honey in a saucepan (feel free to play around with the amount of spices to get it to your liking!). Cover and heat on medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat for 15 minutes, add the fresh apple juice, and then strain. Fried PB, Banana & Honey Sandwich

Fried PB, Banana & Honey Sandwich

Step up your sandwich game with this delicious and satisfying fried peanut butter, banana and superfood honey sandwich! When we say “fried” we don’t mean a deep-fried sandwich. It’s lightly toasted in butter for a golden, crispy crust.

We love drizzling on our supercharged raw honey due to its antibiotic properties, energy-lifting powers, and plant-based protein from brown rice. Berry Bee Honey includes pomegranate, acai, goji, and camu-camu (ALL organic!), which are incredibly high in antioxidants.

A sandwich that’s golden crisp on the outside with warm melty pb on the inside and gooey bananas drizzled with honey is going to be a family favorite in your house. Perfect for kiddos!

Superfood Green Honey Chia Seed Pudding

Green Dream Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is the PERFECT nourishing and nutrient-dense breakfast or snack that you can prepare ahead of time for the week. It’s creamy, delicious and loaded with fiber, nutrients, protein, and healthy fats. No cooking, no chopping, and literally only a handful of ingredients.

The coconut milk makes this pudding so thick and creamy, and loads it up with an ample dose of saturated fats to support brain function and healthy appetites. We’ve also added some Green Dream for a detoxifying and energizing boost of superfoods.

TIP: You can prepare a few mason jars with chia pudding and leave them in the fridge, they can be easily taken to work for a healthy snack and are perfect after a yoga practice. The chia pudding keeps well for about 3-4 days in the fridge.

Superfood Green Honey Chia Seed Pudding

Makes: 1-2 servings

Gather This:

¼ cup chia seeds

1 ½ cups of canned coconut milk

1 tbsp superfood honey (we used Cosmic Dream but any raw superfood honey would work!)

Pour the entire can of coconut milk into a bowl then mix in your chia seeds, honey and Green Dream. Make sure all of your ingredients are combined, then add a large mason jar or storing container. Set your pudding in the fridge to chill (until the chia seeds absorb the liquid- about an hour so).

Once ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and add a little sea salt or sweetener to taste, along with some of your favorite toppings.

Cacao Dipped Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Cacao Dipped Chocolate Covered Strawberries

We are in the LOVING spirit over here! To celebrate, we’ve created a dreamy chocolate covered strawberries recipe for you to dream up in your kitchen and share with your loves. Not only does cacao provide that addictively yummy chocolatey flavor, this star superfood also ignites your body’s joy and pleasure centers, elevating your senses and opening your heart.

This recipe uses our Cacao Magic Superfood Blend for even extra mood-balancing and energizing properties with a rich chocolate flavor. Chocolate covered strawberries make a pretty, bite-size dessert that everyone loves. They are beautiful and tasty, but also incredibly simple.

Sophie Jaffe Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Gather This:

1 pint fresh strawberries

1 (10-ounce) package chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, vegan)

¾ cup Coconut Magic (or coconut butter of choice)

¼ cup Cacao Magic

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Cacao nibs & salt for decoration (optional)

Do This:

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, top with a wire rack and set aside. Line another baking sheet with parchment paper to use for cooling the dipped strawberries. If using any optional toppings, place those onto individual small plates.

Wash strawberries and then pat dry with paper towels and arrange on the wire rack to completely air dry to make sure chocolate adheres perfectly.

Add chocolate cups to medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval. Repeat until the chocolate is all melted and smooth. Set aside.

Using a microwave, small pot or double boiler, melt Coconut Magic (or coconut butter) to a liquid. This should be done on low heat to ensure it doesn’t burn. Stir in Cacao Magic and coconut oil. Whisk together chocolate in one bowl.

Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate. Then sprinkle on cacao nibs & salt if desired. Serve once the chocolate has hardened or store in the refrigerator. ENJOY!
