Kid-Friendly Matzah Pizza Recipe

Kid-Friendly Matzah Pizza Recipe

These incredibly wholesome + yummy matzah pizzas are so fun and simple to make with the kids or offer at a dinner party—everyone can get creative and be a pizzaiolo for the night.

Try these savory and sweet combos with matzah (watch me bake mine here on the Philosophie Youtube channel) or use your favorite crackers, spreads, and toppings for your own customized pies!

Gather This:

Pesto & Arugula Pizza:

  • pesto
  • cherry tomatoes
  • arugula
  • bell pepper

Mediterranean Pizza:

  • tahini or hummus
  • marinated olives & artichokes
  • dairy-free, meltable cheese

Italian Pizza:

  • tomato sauce
  • baby summer squash
  • dairy-free, meltable cheese

Sweet Pizza:

Do This:

To create a base, spread your sauce of choice (pesto / tahini / hummus / tomato sauce / jam) on the matzah. Add your favorite raw toppings, sprinkle on some cheese, and then pop your matzah pies into the oven. Bake until the cheese has melted and voila—your pizzas are ready!

Love this idea! Even for lunch, super yummy and quick. What pasta sauce do you use?
