Late night cravings set in… you look in your freezer and see a pint of ice cream, but wait! Cookie dough! Not just any cookie dough– cookie dough that has protein, healthy fats, is low in carbs and sugar, and has superfoods as a bonus. Um yes.
I introduce you to the No Bake Double Chocolate Cookie Dough recipe. Make this ahead of time for those late night cravings, for dessert, for the kids, etc. It's deliciously indulgent, sinfully chocolate-y, and supremely healthy. Enjoy loves.
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 Tb Coconut Flour
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
3 Tb Almond Milk (or hemp, coconut, quinoa, cashew, etc.)
2 Tb Cacao Magic
2 Tb coconut oil or coconut butter
1 Tb raw honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 chocolate chips (or carob chips, cacao nibs)
Add flours, protein powder, milk, and cacao magic to a blender and blend well
In a microwave or small saucepan, melt coconut oil/butter and honey.
Cool and mix into batter.
Fold chocolate chips/nibs into batter.
Refrigerate for about 30 mins (if you can wait that long!!) and indulge (no guilt allowed!)
Bonus*** To make into cookies, simply add 1 egg and 1 tsp baking soda and bake at 350 degrees
