Not only are the recipes AMAZING, but It’s so nice to have a fall/winter reset where most “cleanses” (in general, not necessarily Philosophie!) are geared more toward recipes that lend themselves more to warmer weather. Easy to follow and recipes you’ll want to use in weekly rotations!
