I spent a couple of long layovers in Paris over the winter holidays this year and was so inspired by the beauty of French cuisine that I decided to create a cake that had the feel of something you might find in a boutique Parisian cake shop. This cake is not only beautiful, but is also moist, delicious, and 100% gluten-free!
