Superfood Coffee Recipe Round Up

In the Jaffe home, we can’t start our day without superfood coffee. We’ve been adding the Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood Blend to coffee for years now with our Coconut Magic Coconut Butter and coffee for a balanced energized hit. 


There’s NO crash which I really appreciate and it brings me joy and sanity when I’m feeling off-balance. You can easily adapt it to whatever you need for the day, add extra mood boosters, or keep it simple with just superfoods and coffee. If you’re looking for a high-vibe, uplifting boost without the crash, this does the trick!

Daily Go-To Superfood Coffee with the Superfood Coffee Bundle

I can't survive a morning if I don’t get my morning boost and my go-to is this amazing superfood coffee. It has all I need to wake me up and fuel my body for the day - it's basically self-care in a cup.

Gather This:

1 cup high-quality coffee (I love cold-brew or brewed)

1 cup homemade cashew mylk (recipe here)

A serving each from the Superfood Coffee Bundle (subscribe + save, AND never miss a day!)

Optional: 1 scoop collagen of choice

Do This:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend! Pour into a mug and enjoy!



Cold Brew Coffee Recipe

If you’re looking to switch it up this cold brew recipe uses our Coconut Magic Coconut Butter to help slow down the absorption of caffeine so it doesn’t make you feel anxious or jittery like coffee alone.

Gather This:

1 cup of cold brew of choice

¼ cup coconut creamer or full fat coconut canned organic milk

1 tsp Cacao Magic Superfood Blend, Cacao Bee Honey and 1 tbsp Cacao Magic Coconut Butter (buy all 3 in our Superfood Coffee Bundle)

1 scoopful of collagen of choice

Do this:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend! Pour into a mug and think about what you want to create energetically today. What intention do you want to set for the day ahead? What are you grateful for? We have a CHOICE each and every day to see the world and our lives as we want to see them.

 

 

Healing Cacao Cinnamon Date Latte

This version is all-around better for you than a traditional latte you’d buy at your local coffee shop and - in our opinion - tastes better too! The only sweetener used is from Medjool dates, a bit of cinnamon (or our Fall Vibes Superfood Blend for warming spices) and vanilla extract. Not only that, but the scoop of Cacao Magic adds protein, magnesium, and mushroom magic from the reishi.

Gather This:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp almond or nut butter (we used pecan butter)

1 large Medjool Date (pitted and roughly chopped)

1 tbsp Cacao Magic Superfood Blend

½ tsp ground cinnamon or 1 tsp Fall Vibes Superfood Blend

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ - ½ cup of coffee

Do This:

Brew your favorite coffee blend and set aside. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients (except the coffee) to a low boil.  Remove from heat and place in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste test and adjust flavors as needed. Pour anywhere from ¼ - ½ cup of coffee in your favorite mug and top with the milk blend. ENJOY!

 

 

Magical Cacao Mushroom Coffee Latte

Our go-to superfood coffee recipe kicked up a notch with mushroom coffee, ghee and collagen! We added our Cacao Magic Superfood Blend for a delicious boost of superfood protein and our Cacao Bee Honey for a touch of sweetness and immunity!

Gather This:

1 cups your favorite plant-based milk

1 tsp Cacao Magic Superfood Blend

1 tsp Cacao Bee Honey

1 tbsp Fourth & Heart Ghee (optional but makes it extra creamy; can also sub with coconut butter)

1 packet Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee (or 1-2 cups brewed coffee)

1 scoops collagen 

Do This:

Combine all in a blender then heat on the stovetop. Enjoy!

 

 

Cacao Cinnamon Dulce Latte

Cold brew coffee is less acidic than espresso. Secondly, the only sweetener we use is our Cacao Bee Honey. It’s great because not only does it sweeten the drink, but it actually offers nutritional benefits too! Our raw honey strengthens immunity, has antibacterial properties and antioxidants, and aids digestion. Not only that, but the scoop of Cacao Magic adds protein, magnesium, and mushroom magic from the reishi.

Gather This:

1 cup cold brew coffee

1 cup nut milk

1 Tbsp Cacao Magic

2 tsp Cacao Bee Honey

1 tsp Coconut Magic Coconut Butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Do This:

Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then pour over ice

For a frappuccino variation, blend the mixture with a cup of ice added to it

Top with coconut flakes, cinnamon, or whatever your heart desires!!

Fall Vibes Pumpkin Spice Macarons

Makes 24 small macarons


Gather This:

½ cup pumpkin purée

½ cup maple syrup

½ cup coconut oil

2 cups shredded coconut

1 ½ cup almond flour

1 tbsp Fall Vibes


Do This:

In a bowl, mix together pumpkin purée, maple syrup and coconut oil. Add in the coconut shreds and stir well. Add in almond flour and stir again. Add in Fall Vibes and give it one last good stir.

Using a cookie dough scoop, form macaroons of desired size. Set in freezer for 1 hour to harden. ENJOY!

Pumpkin Spice Oat Matcha Latte

Transform your go-to matcha latte into a tasty seasonal drink with Fall Vibes pumpkin spice superfood blend. This simple matcha latte is made in the blender with only a few ingredients and is a delicious way to enjoy a cup of matcha during the Fall season.


This recipe is also easily adaptable. You can adjust the level of sweetness, flavors or plant-based milk to taste. Play around with the recipe to make it yours and you can either make it iced or hot!

Gather This:

4 oz cream cheese of choice

½ cup pureed pumpkin, canned is fine (optional)

1 tsp vanilla

Do This:

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and beat until smooth.

Blissful Rose Latte

Blissful Rose Superfood Latte

Infuse a little bliss and luxury into your day with this Rose Latte. This caffeine-free drink is perfect for any time of day and full of a ton of superfoods and a touch of cinnamon and rose petals for extra beautifying properties. When you prepare the drink, because of the rose petals, it will have anti-inflammatory properties and help to aid digestion as well. A Rose Latte is pink, gorgeous, delicious, and good for you. 


We’ve also added our Berry Bliss Superfood Blend which is high in antioxidants, protein, vitamin A, and contains camu camu—one of the world's most abundant forms of vitamin C. 

Superfood Rose Latte

Gather This:

1 tbsp rose petals

½ cup of your favorite milk

¼ teaspoon of beetroot powder or 1 beet

1 tsp of maple syrup

1 tbsp Berry Bliss


Do This:

Blend all ingredients in the blender and warm up on the stove top. Sprinkle with dried rose petals to treat yourself to a majorly yummy, high vibe and anti-aging latte.  We’re all about those beauty foods!

Superfood Berry Granola Bars

Our Philosophie style granola bars are perfect to pack in kid lunches or for your mid day pick me up!! These TRULY AMAZING homemade granola bars are made with our Philosophie Berry Bliss Superfood Blend, berries, almonds and other goodness. 


Berry bliss includes amazing, HIGHLY nutritious ingredients (camu-camu- the highest antioxidant fruit in the world, acai, goji, pomegranate, mangosteen and sprouted brown rice protein). A snack that will give you the long-lasting energy and vitality to continue through your day! You all are already beautiful, but maintain your beauty from the inside out with the right superfoods!

GATHER THIS:

1 ½ cup plain granola

½ cup sliced almonds

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup dried berries 

1-2 tbsp Berry Bliss

¼ cup Berry Bee Honey

Cinnamon

optional additions: chocolate chips, other dried fruit, banana chips, vanilla, etc.


DO THIS:

Mix everything in a bowl except the honey and cinnamon. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to an 8×8 dish or other small pan lined with plastic wrap or parchment paper so they lift out easily. (A loaf pan might work, but will yield thicker bars.) Press down until uniformly flattened. Cover with parchment or plastic wrap, and let sit in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden. Drizzle with Berry Bee Honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Remove bars from pan and chop into 10 even bars. Store in an airtight container for up to a few days.

Honey-Sweetened Matcha Yogurt Bark

This yogurt bark is flavored with matcha powder and combined with our Green Dream Superfood Blend then topped with granola, coconut flakes, blueberries and strawberries. It’s a fun and simple treat that’s easy to share! Take on the go or pack in your kid’s lunches.

1 ½ cups plain yogurt

2 tbsp matcha powder

1 tbsp Green Dream

1 tsp Berry Bee Honey or honey of choice

1 cup berries (blueberries and strawberries or mix your own)

½ cup granola


Do This:

Mix matcha, Green Dream, and honey into plain yogurt. Spread evenly across a freezer safe pan. Put on your toppings of choice and freeze until you can cut it into little bars for on the go and kids lunches.
