These adorable spider cacao cookies are perfect for your Halloween celebrations this year! Made with banana, almond flour and Cacao Magic not only are they extra yummy they’re great for energy and nutrients. They’re super fun to assemble and ALMOST too cute not to eat.
When you’re craving cookies, why not make them vegan, gluten-free friendly and FULL of superfoods? The added Cacao Magic, a mix of cacao, superfoods, and hemp protein with no added sugars, to add more protein and nutrients to each cookie. Unlike most protein powders, the Cacao Magic is completely unsweetened and contains no additives, fillers, or emulsifiers, just 100% pure goodness!
Makes: 10-12 cookies depending on size
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax, 3 tbsp water) or 1 egg
¼ cup black tahini
1 really ripe banana
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup almond flour
FOR THE SPIDERS
Gf pretzel sticks
Coconut yogurt + turmeric
Make flax egg and set aside.
In a food processor, add the egg, tahini, banana, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
Add in the baking powder, almond flour and cacao magic.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a cookie dough scoop to form cookies. Lightly press down to flatten.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool before topping! Enjoy!
