Our Fall Vibes blend is an easy way to add some of your favorite warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice with the nutrient-dense benefits of superfoods like tocos for vitamin-E and ashwagandha for brain function to all your favorite dishes.

Gather This:
⅓ cup gluten-free oats
2 tbsp yogurt of your choice
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Fall Vibes
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
⅓ cup almond milk or milk of your choice
Do This:
Place individual mason jars together and in each jar add your ingredients.
Stir all together, place the lid on the jars and place in the fridge overnight!
In the morning, stir again and add your toppings! For this recipe, we used bananas, walnuts and sprinkled cinnamon on top.
