Nutrient-Dense Green Chia Pudding Smoothie

We love a big green smoothie bowl for brekkie! Anyone else? This vibrant bowl is a mixture of a Green Dream smoothie with Berry Bliss chia pudding. A beautiful breakfast bowl that has all the nutrient-dense benefits of a green smoothie with extra superfoods and plant-based protein from Green Dream with the sweetness of chia pudding combined with immune-boosting Berry Bliss. It’s magic!


It’s often hard for many people to get in their leafy greens as the months begin to cool so by adding them to your morning smoothie you’re setting up your day for success. This smoothie base uses spinach and some organic fruits and veggies like mango, banana and cucumber. 


This thick & creamy green smoothie with chia pudding is protein-packed (thanks to the additions of Philosophie superfoods!) and loaded with antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients.

Gather This:

GREEN SMOOTHIE - 

½ cup frozen banana slices

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen cucumber

¼ cup frozen cucumber papaya

¾ cup liquid

1 tbsp Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend

Handful of spinach

CHIA PUDDING - 

1 tbsp chia seeds

Water to cover (about twice as much water than seeds)

Spoonful of coconut yogurt 

½  tbsp of Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend


Do This:

To make chia pudding, combine chia seeds and water. Store in the fridge overnight. Stir in the coconut yogurt and Berry Bliss before serving. Add all green smoothie ingredients to a blender, blend until smoothie and pour into a bowl! Top with chia pudding, bee pollen and granola. ENJOY!
