The kiddos are back at school, which is so great as I’m trying to get everything settled with the new house. Summer has been truly amazing, long and eventful - full of travel, adventure, challenges, growth, and so much love. Getting back into our school routine is SO important these first few weeks of the new school year and while transitions are beautiful, they can also be tough if you’re unprepared.
One of my go-to tools in helping with transitions is providing foods that help fuel the body and mind, especially for our kids! This tropical layered end-of-summer smoothie is super easy to make, full of yummy ingredients and looks so vibrant and colorful - perfect for celebrating a brand new school year! I used Ancient Nutrition Collagen which helps support radiant skin, healthy joints and a strong gut. I also added Green Dream and Berry Bliss to help support natural energy, balance the body and add a robust nutrient profile to this simple smoothie creation.
Have this ready have as an after-school snack or a quick brekkie before your kids start their day! Great for mamas and dads, too!
