Immunity Boosting Fruit Plate-Philosophie

Immunity Boosting Fruit Plate

All the fruit all the time these days!! These days it’s all about flooding the body with alkalizing foods and nutrient-boosting ingredients so we can continue to stay high vibe and energized while we’re at home.

You’ve heard us say to eat your colors but do you know why? Fruits and veggies of different colors tend to have higher concentrations of specific nutrients that are crucial for health and wellbeing. Eating a variety of colors makes it easy to receive balanced nutrition.

Fresh fruit with a drizzle of our raw superfood honey is THE best mid-day treat to help boost your immunity. We’re enjoying this fruit plate all day long!!

We know it may be hard to get your hands on fresh produce these days and when you’re at the store you may not think about stocking up on fruits and veggies but don’t forget about them. Grocery stores are still in business and continuously receiving new stock! There are also a ton of places online where you can shop fresh fruits and veggies.

Here’s a few of my favorites:

Imperfect Foods: Fresh fruits and veggies delivered right to your door! They’re in high demand now but still operating!

Instacart: Groceries delivered from local stores.

Whole Foods: Has delivery and pick-up options available

Want to make your own gorgeous fruit plat to snack on at home? Here’s how!

Gather This:

A variety of your favorite fruits such as -

Kiwi

Mango

Kumquats

Strawberry

Watermelon

Coconut

Dragon fruit

Pineapple

Pomegranate seeds

Apple slices

Banana

Mint leaves (opt.)

Drizzle of Green Bee Honey

Do This:

Begin with a base, in this case, we use diced mango, sliced apples, coconut and a banana but do what feels best for you and what you have available. Then we cut watermelon slices into fun shapes like hearts and cut our strawberries and spread across the plate. We finished with a cut kiwi, kumquats, sliced pineapple and pomegranate seeds. Dress up your fruit plate with mint leaves and edible flowers and last but most importantly, Green Bee Honey
