For those times when your body is craving a HUGE bowl of greens with vibrant veggies elevate it by drizzling on your own homemade salad dressing made with superfoods. You have the power to up-level any meal when you infuse it with high vibrational fruits/veggies and nutrient-dense superfoods.
You can add superfood blends to just about anything. We would suggest to play with the quantities and don't add too much in the beginning. For this yummy radish and purple lettuce salad, we used our FAVORITE Green Dream pesto to make this protein-packed, nutrient-dense lunch!

Gather This:
FOR THE PESTO
1 cup basil
1 cup spinach
¾ cups olive oil
¾ cups soaked cashews or walnuts
1 lemon
Salt + pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp Green Dream
Parmesan cheese
FOR THE SALAD
1 handful of purple lettuce
1 sliced radish
Do This:
Slice your radish and plate your salad then set aside.
Tear stems off your basil and add to a blender (you can also add other greens). Add soaked or unsoaked cashews to the blender - depending on personal preference. Add Green Dream, lemon, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Add oil and blend until smooth.
Dish your salad onto a plate and cover with the homemade pesto sauce. You can also top with extra Green Dream. Then, enjoy!
