Keeping healthy snacks in your pantry is KEY to more mindful eating. These energizing bliss bites made by our girl Danielle (@cacaoforcoconuts_) are packed with protein and nutrients that make you feel like a superhuman!
We’ve combined coconut, oats, dates (which also pack a variety of minerals like calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and zinc) and our Berry Bliss blend which is high in antioxidants, protein, and vitamin A. They’re delightfully sweet and perfect to snack on.
Makes: 12
Gather This:
1 cup dates (pitted and soaked)
2 cups rolled oats
¼ - ½ cup coconut shreds
1 - 2 tbsp Coconut Magic
2 tbsp Berry Bliss
Do This:
Pit and soak dates to soften. Add dates to a food processor or high speed blender and blend to form a soft paste. Add the rest of the ingredients in, mix well and scrape edges as needed. It should naturally form together. Roll into 1-inch balls and then to set, pop in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes. ENJOY!
