It’s apple season! We have a super easy apple pie autumn smoothie for you that feels and tastes like fall. We added our seasonal superfood blend, Fall Vibes for this dreamy smoothie, which instantly transformed this smoothie into an autumn treat full of grounding adaptogens and healing superfoods. We love the California fall feeling this smoothie creates, don't you agree? 


While apples may be one of the most commonplace fruits to be found in the grocery store, they still have tons of extraordinary health benefits! Apples are an excellent source of vitamin C, which can help boost the body’s immune system and ward off illness during the cold season. They are also full of fiber which helps keep you feeling full longer and makes apples an excellent food to keep on hand if you’re trying to maintain a healthy diet.


Enjoy this smoothie in the mornings before you start your day or as an afternoon snack! We can’t wait to hear what you think!

Gather This:

2 apples (cut for easy blending)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup greek plain yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

½ frozen banana

1-2 tbsp Fall Vibes


Do This:

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and to your desired consistency.

Taste and add some Cacao Bee Honey if you want to sweeten.

Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and enjoy!
