Sophie's Superfood Popsicles
As we spend more time playing in the sun during the fair-weathered months, our bodies crave foods that are hydrating, refreshing, and light. These nourishing, ice pops created with summer fruits + superfoods are beyond easy to make—try one of the combinations below or freeze your own smoothies and juices for a frosty, cool-down treat!
Tropical Sunshine Pops
- pineapple
- banana
- coconut water
Vanilla Coconut Pops
- coconut milk
- vanilla extract
- manuka honey or maple syrup
Berry Bliss Pitaya Pops
- frozen Pitaya Plus dragonfruit
- blueberries
- raspberries
- Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
- bee pollen (to sprinkle on top)
Coconut Strawberry Pops
- rose water
- coconut water
- sliced strawberries (drop inside molds filled with rose + coconut water)
Green Dream Pops
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 1 banana, ripe
- 2 tablespoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 cup leafy greens (spinach is the most mild)
- 1/2 cup manuka honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Cacao Fudgesicles
- 2/3 cup Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 tablespoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1/2 cup manuka honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water or coconut water
Do This:
For each popsicle mix, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth. You can also blend the mixture longer if you love your popsicles super smooth or for a shorter time if you prefer beautiful, visible fruit chunks. Divide amongst popsicle molds and let set in the freezer until your cleansing treats are ready!

These keep for 4-6 weeks in the freezer! And so sorry for the late response, hopefully you’ll still be able to share them with your granddaughter in the future.
