This oh-so-delicious, fiesta-ready dip is brimming with avocados full of healthy fats and antioxidant-packed mangos and onions. It not only adds a burst of nutrients and flavor, but also provides a pop of dazzling, vibrant colors to your spring or summer fête, especially a Cinco de Mayo party. Gather This:
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 mango, cubed
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1 lime, squeezed
- fresh cilantro to taste
- sea salt to taste
Do This:
Toss all of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir until they’re well-mixed and ready for some chips!
