Green Dream Matcha Chia Pudding Recipe

Matcha chia pudding is a vegan, healthy, energizing snack! Created with matcha powder, coconut milk, Green Dream, chia, cinnamon, and vanilla, it's a lovely way to start the day. Plus, you can definitely prep this one the night before – it only takes 5 minutes!
Green Dream and matcha team up to make this satisfying and detoxifying pudding an AMAZING source of antioxidants. Spirulina, the star ingredient in Green Dream, is bursting with antioxidants, including zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin, phycocyanin, betoa-carotein, superoxide dismutase, and lutein. These free-radical fighting molecules bolster the immune system, combat invasive viruses and pathogens, and promote healthy vision and beautiful skin.
Matcha powder is actually an even more potent source of nutrients! In drinking the finely powdered leaves, your body is flooded with antioxidants called polyphenols, which have been linked to promoting heart health, regulating blood sugar levels, and reducing blood pressure. Matcha also contains another polyphenol called EGCG that's been shown to stop cancer cell growth and support the metabolism–which explains why the price tag on matcha is quite a bit higher than green tea bags!
This Green Dream Matcha Chia Pudding is a delicious snack and natural form of medicine full of fiber and healthy fats to keep you satisfied all morning! Top it with granola and fresh fruit!

Do This:

Fried PB, Banana & Honey Sandwich

Step up your sandwich game with this delicious and satisfying fried peanut butter, banana and superfood honey sandwich! When we say “fried” we don’t mean a deep-fried sandwich. It’s lightly toasted in butter for a golden, crispy crust.
We love drizzling on our supercharged raw honey due to its antibiotic properties, energy-lifting powers, and plant-based protein from brown rice. Berry Bee Honey includes pomegranate, acai, goji, and camu-camu (ALL organic!), which are incredibly high in antioxidants.
A sandwich that’s golden crisp on the outside with warm melty pb on the inside and gooey bananas drizzled with honey is going to be a family favorite in your house. Perfect for kiddos!

Gather This:
1 banana
2 slices of bread
Butter or oil
Peanut butter
Do This:
Heat oil or butter in a skillet on medium high heat. Slice your bread, spread peanut butter and chop up one banana.
Sauté ½ of the banana in oil/butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon placed to the side then use the other half of the banana inside your sandwich.
Fry up each side of the pb&j for a few minutes until it’s toasty and browned. ENJOY!

Superfood Green Honey Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is the PERFECT nourishing and nutrient-dense breakfast or snack that you can prepare ahead of time for the week. It’s creamy, delicious and loaded with fiber, nutrients, protein, and healthy fats. No cooking, no chopping, and literally only a handful of ingredients.
The coconut milk makes this pudding so thick and creamy, and loads it up with an ample dose of saturated fats to support brain function and healthy appetites. We’ve also added some Green Dream for a detoxifying and energizing boost of superfoods.
TIP: You can prepare a few mason jars with chia pudding and leave them in the fridge, they can be easily taken to work for a healthy snack and are perfect after a yoga practice. The chia pudding keeps well for about 3-4 days in the fridge.

Makes: 1-2 servings
Gather This:
¼ cup chia seeds
1 ½ cups of canned coconut milk
1 tbsp superfood honey (we used Cosmic Dream but any raw superfood honey would work!)
1-2 tbsp Green Dream
Do This:
Pour the entire can of coconut milk into a bowl then mix in your chia seeds, honey and Green Dream. Make sure all of your ingredients are combined, then add a large mason jar or storing container. Set your pudding in the fridge to chill (until the chia seeds absorb the liquid- about an hour so).
Once ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and add a little sea salt or sweetener to taste, along with some of your favorite toppings.
