This year is about falling more in love with the life I have created and embracing my community. It’s amazing to see what you can create when you decide to open up and show up, 100%. Our one day Nourish Your Soul retreat was an example of the magic we can create in when we decide to commit to ourselves and embrace what makes us authentically unique.
So many magical souls joined up on our Nourish Your Soul day retreat in Venice. A day full of yoga, dance, heart-opening workshops, nourishing food, superfoods and so much more was just the tip of the joy, beauty and radiant presence we all experienced.
I’m amazed by how quickly we were all able to drop IN and get to work. We started our day with delicious superfood coffee with Chameleon Cold Brew and Cacao Magic to elevate us into a more energetic headspace. We danced, moved, shook, laugh, cried, hugged and held space for one another. Flow kept us hydrated all day! We experienced a magical sound bath by Hayley Rose (@hayleyro) and wrote what word we wanted to represent from here on out.
We had delicious and nourishing vegan Mexican food from Tocaya Organica. After a HIIT workout to get us sweating and moving we enjoyed a soothing skin care moment with Boscia matcha face masks. SO healing!
After a mid-afternoon Berry Bliss smoothie, we discovered how much more similar we are than different and discovered the power in vulnerability. We came together as a group and decided to full drop in and remain present. We all took home a super amazing gift bag to remind us of the beauty we experienced and empower us through the rest of the days, weeks and month ahead.
Thank you to all our gift bag sponsors and if you haven’t checked out these brands - please, please do so!
If you missed this one, don’t worry we have a retreat coming up in October in Sayulita, Mexico!! Join us for 5 days of yoga, nourishing meals, workshops, explorations, connections, meaningful conversations and deep connections. Click here for the full info!
