Heart of the Week: Yogi Surprise

I absolutely LOVE my Yogi Surprise subscription box!! Whenever I recognize the purple box in the mail, I get super excited because I know that it’s going to be full of goodies. This particular subscription box is perfect for me because all of the items are hand-picked to fit the yogi lifestyle. It has items like pretty yoga jewelry, vegan snacks, spritzes for your mat, yoga equipment, and more! Each box also comes with a little flow sequence on a card, which I always test out right away whenever I open my box. They say that it’s like a “retreat in a box,” and it really is. For the five minutes that you spend looking at your monthly surprise box, it ignites your inner child. You’re engaged, excited, and filled with joy. That’s really what this box is about for me. Indulging your inner child is an extremely important part of self-care.
