Heart of the Week: IGNTD Retreat + DIFF Sunglasses

Heart of the Week: IGNTD Retreat + DIFF Sunglasses

When we pulled up to our IGNTD couples retreat house in Malibu on Sunday, I almost cried – I was so in awe. From the wild flowers everywhere to the fresh lavender to the mustard weeds' bright color to the insane ocean breeze + view from every window in the house, I knew from these signs that this was going to be a magical week.

One of the highlights was when we were treated to a cotton candy unicorn sunset after a powerful day spent in a sweat lodge – soaking up the energy we created by connecting at a deeper level. While sweating it out, we all looked for ancient blocks, resentments, regrets, negativity, depression – all limiting beliefs – and committed to discovering and working through these elements that were life-denying rather than life enhancing.

As each moment unfolds, I feel more aligned with my path + my offering on this planet. Moments in which I'm so purely connected to other beautiful souls are true bliss.

This week, another treat was stumbling across a brand of socially conscious sunnies that I'm in LOVE with. Not only are these sunglasses super cute, DIFF Eyewear also donates a pair of reading glasses for every pair of sunglasses sold (use code SOPHIEJ for 25% off). How amazing is that? It's seriously all about sending waves of love through your choices + actions.

Sounds like you had an enjoyable time. Your making me want to get away!! Wildflowers are beautiful when they are in bloom. Your sunglasses look awesome on you. Jody

My beautiful magic this week was taking the time to really look up at the stars last nite after a few trying days. The sky was so amazing last nite. The stars as well as the moon seemed to shine a little brighter.

Then another magical moment was connecting on FB with the Nourish group. You and Rachelle are amazing.
