HIIT Workout + Cool Down Stretch Routine
My hubby and I LOVE this HIIT sweat sesh made up of 3 super intense circuits of high knees, air squats, burpees, and elevated leg crunches.
In each of these exercises, you’ll only have one minute so make the most of that minute! Take yourself to YOUR EDGE.
Your heart rate will be pumping by the end so make sure to drink a bunch of water + then cool down with some beautiful yoga stretches!
