Partner Workout 2 // 4 x 4
Right before you head for the pool, sweat it out with this at-home, no-equipment-needed partner workout! I created this 16-minute "4x4" combo featuring 4 dynamite moves that you'll do 4 times for 1 minute each. Start with up-the-wall chair, move into plank hip dips and swat jumps, and after wrapping up with some tricep pushups, give your partner some ♥ by gently pushing down on their hips + massaging their neck.
