Right before the New Year, I shared about spending the last day of 2014 reflecting o the last year and setting intentions for the year ahead. People often think an intention or resolution has to be a giant life change, but I believe in keeping things simple and setting attainable goals. Here’s my list of intentions for 2015!
Serious skincare. It's such a simple thing that can make a big difference. I am going to try to wear sunscreen every day. Most people already do this and I'm about to get myself in trouble if I don't begin to adhere! SoCal sunshine + 30 year old skin = recipe for disaster if I don't begin now!
More organization! Better time management will mean more peace of mind, more joy, and more family time.
A deeper meditation practice. I'm purchasing a few meditations to listen to so I'm not only dependent on the 21 day challenges. I want to be able to meditate any time I have 1-20 minutes free; and it truly only takes a minute.
Less waste. This is a biggie for me. I've always been super conscious of recycling and reusing, but not creating as much trash/waste in the first place is a huge challenge. In 2015, I'm going to take this challenge head on! Stay tuned to our social media for group challenges to build awareness.
Getting Philosophie products into Whole Foods. It has been so exciting to see Philosophie grow over the past year and having our incredible superfoods available in Whole Foods would be an absolute dream come true!
I want to get to the beach more. It's so easy to get to the beach, it’s just a matter of making it happen, and I plan to do it much more often in 2015!
What are your intentions for 2015? Big or small, share them below in the comments or tweet them to @philosophiemama! I would love to hear all about how you will be making 2015 your best year yet!
