“Pure Philosophie Experience”: $500 gives you the entire Philosophie experience. Initial evaluation, all necessary foods/juices/smoothies/supplements, detailed individualized menu plan for each day, 24 hour email/phone consultation, alkalined water, delivery (within 10 mile radius) and 3 yoga sessions that complement the detox process or whatever your goals may be.
“Weekend Warrior” Philosophie experience: $250 for one yogahike or private yoga class and 2 days of the raw cleanse. Includes initial evaluation, all necessary foods/juices/smoothies and supplements, detailed individualized menu plan for each day, 24 hour email/phone consultation, alkalined water, delivery (within 10 mile radius) Perfect for times you may need that “restart button”.
Semi-Private Group Cleanse: (2-4 people) price varies depending on amount of people but is discounted for groups. GREAT to do if in the same work or home environment! (employees, couples, best friends, roommates, neighbors) *will not be individualized for each person, instead I will create the best group cleanse plan for everyone to do together
Private one-on-one Yoga and/or Personal Training:
I am a NASM trained Personal Trainer and Tamal Dodge Yoga School 200 hour Certified yoga instructor. With plenty of experience at top gyms including Equinox in Santa Monica as a personal trainer and Burn Fitness as a yoga and spin instructor, I will work with you to help you achieve your goals.

Family Revamp
take as many of my services as you’d like for the family! Makeover your kitchen, bodies and souls together as a family. I come to your home or a park nearby to do family yoga and personal training, to your kitchen to make over your pantry and fridge and take everyone grocery shopping. I teach the kids how to make their own healthy meals and lunches and help the parents make easy, quick and healthy dishes for dinners and breakfast. (prices vary depending on services and sessions)
Grocery Store Trip
allow me to take you to the store to help you make better decisions… slowly trading and upgrading certain foods from your pantry to new, more thoughtful choices. I include recipes to start you off on the right foot and help you make the smoothest, easiest transition without huge leaps that only leave you frustrated.
$65 for first grocery store trip (sometimes up to 2 hours depending on needs) including recipes-bring a pen and paper!
